???? WE'RE HIRING: ARTISAN BAKER (EARLY MORNING)

Looking for a job that's different from the typical restaurant or bakery?

At Water Street Bagel Co. , we make authentic wood-fired bagels from scratch every single day. This isn't an assembly-line bakery, we kettle boil, hand seed, and bake every bagel in a real wood-fired oven. It's hard work, but it's incredibly rewarding.

We're looking for someone who:
???? Loves working with their hands and takes pride in quality.
???? Doesn't mind early mornings (some shifts begin at 3:30 AM ). Other weekend shifts would be 730am-1230ish.
???? Can handle a fast-paced, hot kitchen environment.
???? Is dependable, motivated, and enjoys being part of a team.
????️‍???? Baking experience is a plus, but we'll train the right person with a great attitude.

Why people love this job:
✅ You're done by mid-morning , leaving the rest of your day free.
✅ Competitive pay.
✅ Staff meals and employee perks.
✅ Work with an awesome, close-knit team.
✅ Learn a unique craft that very few bakeries still do by hand.

If you're looking for a career, not just another job, and want to be part of one of Syracuse's favorite local businesses, we'd love to meet you.
