  • Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments of clients seeking support and develop tailored treatment plans based on evidenced-based practices. For instance, you may utilize structured interviews and standardized assessments to accurately gauge individual needs.
  • \n
  • Employ a variety of therapeutic techniques, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), to facilitate positive change in clients’ mental health. You'll creatively adapt these methods to suit the unique circumstances of each individual.
  • \n
  • Maintain up-to-date and confidential patient records in compliance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring accuracy in documenting treatment progress and outcomes.
  • \n
  • Actively engage in a collaborative treatment team setting, participating in regular case consultations and peer review meetings to discuss client progress and refine therapeutic strategies.
  • \n
  • Provide ongoing education and support to clients and their families, empowering them with tools and resources to understand mental health conditions, access community support, and manage therapeutic goals effectively.
  • \n
Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our practice caters to a wide variety of clients, including children, adolescents, adults, and families experiencing mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. You will play a vital role in addressing the diverse needs of our community, fostering resilience and recovery through individualized approaches that respect cultural and personal contexts.

Qualifications\n
    \n
  • An advanced degree (Master's or Doctorate) in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

  • \n
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, essential for establishing collaborative and trusting therapeutic relationships with clients.
  • \n
Preferred Experience\n
    \n
  • Experience with various solution-focused psychotherapy interventions and the ability to adapt techniques to meet individual client needs.
  • \n
  • Background in community health practices and working with a referred clientele.
  • \n
Compensation and Benefits\n
    \n
  • Competitive annual salary ranging from $100,000 to $105,000, commensurate with experience.
  • \n
  • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance plans to ensure the health of you and your family.
  • \n
  • Life and disability insurance options for added peace of mind.
  • \n
  • Malpractice insurance coverage included as part of your employment package.
  • \n
  • Access to an employee assistance program providing additional resources and support during challenging times.
  • \n
  • Unlimited referrals allow you to maintain a full caseload quickly and effectively.
  • \n
  • Minimal paperwork requirements, freeing up your time to focus on your clients.
