Key responsibilities Define and lead content strategy for major product areas while aligning with user-centered content decisions Design conversation flows and frameworks for AI-powered chatbots and virtual assistants in healthcare environments Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish content standards and governance for generative AI outputs Required qualifications 8-10 years of experience in content design, UX writing, or a related discipline Demonstrated experience in conversation design for chatbots or virtual assistants, preferably in healthcare settings Working knowledge of large language models (LLMs) and generative AI tools Experience leading content strategy for complex digital product experiences Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Journalism, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
