Indotronix is seeking Electro-mechanical Technician (Onsite Job) in Maple Grove, MNHourly Payrate: $35/hr. on W2**Onsite Job: Electro-mechanical TechnicianWork Location: Maple Grove, MNDuration: 12+ Months, Temporary to HireWork Schedule: 9/80Must be eligible to obtain a Secret clearance.2-year technical degree OR at least 2 years of related technician experience.**Skill Matrix:Electro-mechanic AssemblyElectrical assembly tools and hand toolsRead and interpret electrical and mechanical drawings/sketchesPrecision and fine motor skillsMicro/nano scale fabrication, assembly, test with near zero defectsJ-STD-001 or have knowledgeConduct tests using electronics test equipmentGenerate test report dataSkills evaluation may be conducted during the interview.Position Description:Client is seeking an experienced technician to work in its Pilot & Pre-Production Lines performing electro-mechanical assembly of electronic products and support equipment.Must be able to understand and work from engineering drawings and sketches and follow written and verbal work instructions.Must be able and willing to work additional hours when required, including weekends as needed.Perform repetitive to non-repetitive assembly operations of electronic and/or mechanical assemblies and subassemblies on ordnance products.Perform duties assisting team members in identifying and implementing continuous improvement opportunities, troubleshooting and transitioning products into production.Skills Required:Required skills include proficient use of electronic test equipment, electrical assembly tools and hand tools.Specific skills include:Ability to read and interpret electrical and mechanical drawings and sketches.Precision and fine motor skills required for micro/nano scale fabrication, assembly, test with near zero defects.Must be able to demonstrate high degree of mechanical aptitude and J-STD-001 or have knowledge of these requirements.Conduct tests using electronics test equipment (ie. Scopes, meters, etc) and generate test report data.Must demonstrate strong communication and teamwork skills.Maintain a safe work environment and ensure compliance with safety objectives and policies.Must be able to up to 35 lb.Skills Preferred:Preferred skills include:Ability to communicate feedback to the team to support design, fabrication and test improvements.Ability to troubleshoot and solve assembly issues.Cirris and/or Automated Test Equipment operator experienceTroubleshooting of electronic and electro-mechanical systemsTrained and proficient in manufacturing & quality requirements of IPC/WHMA-A-620 Class 3 and J-STD-001 or have knowledge of these requirementsBasic understanding of GD&TEducation & Experience Required:2-year technical degree or a Minimum of 2 years as a technician performing related tasks, either in a production or prototype environment. #J-18808-Ljbffr
