You'll join our local team in Merrimack.
What you'll do
Your first 3 months are focused on learning: our products, our customers, and how B2B sales works. After that, you'll take on more responsibility step by step.
Find new business: research companies, then reach out by phone, email and LinkedIn
Qualify leads and track every conversation in our CRM
Prepare quotes and follow up until the deal is closed
Help customers with orders, documentation and certifications
Work with our operations and technical teams so every order goes smoothly
What we're looking for
0–2 years of work experience (internships, customer service, retail or hospitality all count)
You enjoy talking to people and aren't afraid of picking up the phone
Organized and good at following up
Curious and coachable – we care more about attitude than experience
CRM experience is a plus, not a requirement
Must be authorized to work in the US
